Connext is the successor event of Werum’s PAS-X User Group Meetings. It is the pharma software summit for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry.
The name Connext is a combination of Connect und Next. It is about connecting. Connecting the pharma software community. And connecting knowledge. The next reflects that we want to support our customers to reach the next level in their business.

Global Connext 2023 in Lüneburg is our central Pharma Software Summit this year and the only Connext event that will take place worldwide.
We invite our customers and companies from all over the world who are interested in digitizing their production with our software solutions to participate in this event.
Global Connext 2023 will take place in-person in Lüneburg, Germany.
The event venue is the Castanea Forum – next to the Best Western Premier Castanea Resort Hotel in Lüneburg/Adendorf. This is a unique resort with golf course and spa, idyllically embedded in the Lüneburger Heide and directly in front of the gates of Hamburg.
On the registration page, please fill at least all mandatory fields (*). Please contact us if you have any problems with the registration.
When finished, click the "Submit" button. You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail that your registration is pending. After approval, you will receive a final confirmation email. You can modify your registration with your confirmation number and e-mail address.
Early registration is recommended as places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to approval.
Yes! Global Connext 2023 brings together companies from the pharmaceutical, biotech, cell and gene therapy industries that use Werum PAS-X MES or our other software solutions such as PAS-X Savvy, as well as companies that are interested in digitizing their production.

The event's welcome desk team can assist with coordinating group transportation for attendees with similar departure times, to minimize costs and reduce environmental impact.

Taxi: There is a wide choice of taxis at Hamburg Airport. We recommend that you arrange a fixed price for the trip to Lüneburg in advance (approx. € 170-200).
The event app will be activated shortly before the event. All participants will be informed by email as soon as the app is available for them.
The event app offers many benefits for attendees, including the ability to view your personalized Connext agenda, access speaker profiles, connect with other attendees, participate in Q&A sessions and polls, and receive important updates and notifications throughout the conference.
Entry into Germany:
COVID-19 entry restrictions have been lifted and for entry into Germany, proof of vaccination, proof of convalescence or proof of testing is no longer required. For areas of variant of concern further entry restrictions apply.

Your stay in Germany:
There are no Covid-19 regulations that need to be observed. However, you may be required to wear a medical mask (FFP2/KN95) on public transport (bus, metro, train) and hospitals, nursing facilities and at the doctor’s office (Status: 01 January 2023).

We want to ensure that everyone stays healthy and safe during the event.
Hand sanitizer will be available in various locations throughout the hotel. Our venue staff will also ensure proper hygienic standards throughout the event.
While masks are not mandatory, they will be provided at the welcome desk for attendees who wish to use them.
Self-testing is not required, but self-testing kits will also be available at the welcome desk.
Even though we would be really sorry if you were not able to participate, please stay home if you have symptoms of illness.
