We have limited the number of participants to increase the distances between each other so that everyone feels much more comfortable at the event.
Masks are mandatory and must be worn at all times. Please also observe the applicable distance rules.
Sufficient hand disinfection is available everywhere at the hotel. The venue staff are regularly required to ensure a proper hygienic standard during the whole event.
There will be small coffee breaks at the pre-function area. It is permitted to eat and drink without a mask in the foyer of the Forum as well as in the conference rooms. However, please ensure that there is sufficient distance between you and other guests. Lunch will be served at the Collage restaurant (same floor as the event venue). Once you are seated, you can remove your mask.
Even though we would be really sorry if you were not able to participate, please stay home if you have symptoms of illness.
